Easy Baked Ziti

    1 pound Ziti cooked per directions on package
    3 Jars [or cans] of your favorite pre-made spagetti sauce
    1 pound shredded mozerella cheese
    2 16 ounce containers Ricotta Cheese
    2 teaspoons garlic
    2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    mix ricotta cheese with parsley flakes & garlic powder
      Place 1/2 noodle mixture in glass baking dish
      spread ricotta cheese mixture over noodles
      top with remaining noodle mixture
      Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
      Remove from oven, sprinkle with mozzerella cheese
      Return to oven for an additional 10 minutes
      Heat remaining sauce in separate pan
      Remove from oven, serve topped with heated sauce

      My Mom was the World's Best Cook & Baker. There was nothing she could not make and everything she made was Irresistible! My mother's secret [I believe] had something to do with the fact that she measured by site, not cups, teaspoons, etc. Recipes to her were merely a guideline. What can I say, some people have talents that no one else will ever match!

      First:

        Purchase one Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk

        Second:

        Place can in large pan covered with water

        Third:

        Bring water to boil - boil continuously for 3 Hours - [NOTE; WATER MUST ALWAYS BE COVERING THE CAN]
        Cool; Open; Serve
        Makes great Apple Dip or Candy filling
